The charismatic leader Sam Haine commands the vampire group and recruits Victoria (Emma Watson).

The priest and his associates become involved in a power struggle with the current ruler as they seek to thwart the evil organization. The current ruler is controlled by vampires, who become the main threat to the lives and security of the priests and the rest. As the threat intensifies the priest must decide which side to choose…

Annabel Wishston, one the few survivors of the initial epidemic, is back to her position as the Countess. After marrying a wealthy merchant, she was raised in a family-like environment. She quickly makes her way into society and becomes close friends and protects David (Barry Foster). In exchange for protection, David allows Annabel to live with him. After a while, he joins her in pursuing the mysterious Dracula. He is aware that he won’t beat him, and decides it is time to fall in love with someone new or with the Countess.

Annabel soon will have two new friends: Steve Loughlin (John Loughlin) and Tommy Eliaunder (Eliaunder). They form the center of her vampire hunters, known as the Priests. Although she initially leads them mainly due to her age of woman, soon she realizes that her familial relationships will be more important to her as she pursues the enemy. We see women in support of Dracula and participating in his hunt.

The novel is focused on the relationship between the Priestess and Dracula but there are other relationships that aren’t so apparent. There are the priests who help the Priestess in her fight off vampires. These are called the Walled Cities. These were places which were completely isolated from the outside world and were only supported by the aid of a self-created defense force by the Priests. The Walled Cities were created to protect the inhabitants from Dracula and other dangers.

One scene in the movie shows the Priestess giving directions to the girls in her twenties who help her in her mission. One of the directions is for them to seek out and kill all vampires they see. The Priestess and the girls are cremated when they are discovered dead, and their bodies are buried in the Walled City. The movie then cuts to 15 years later in which the priestess has been interrogated by an investigator.

In this sequence, the film provides a different look at the thoughts of the priests during this time period. They are caught up in their pasts while they attempt to describe what happened to them to the investigator. They express their regrets over the deaths of their own sisters and wish they had assisted them in their demise. This movie gives an insight into how vampire might see the world around them. It also shows the good and the evil that was commonplace at the time.

Overall, this film was a fun vampire film to watch. It’s entertaining for both young and old viewers. The acting was good and the story was well-told, and the special effects were excellent. I would like to see someone watch this movie because of its excellent vampire film and be enticed to go to the next film: “Priestess of Valerian”.
